Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Callisto. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Callisto platform, website, and services operated by Callisto ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using Callisto, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Callisto. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of Callisto, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect have been compromised.

3. Permitted Use

Callisto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other account, system, or network.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without our written consent.
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the platform without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within Callisto ("User Content"). By using the platform, you grant Callisto a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

5. Team Workspaces and Organisations

If you use Callisto as part of an organisation or team workspace, the account administrator controls workspace settings and may have access to your activity within that workspace. The organisation is responsible for ensuring its users comply with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Callisto platform — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Callisto. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Callisto platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

8. Third-Party Services

Callisto may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Callisto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that all errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Callisto and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Callisto in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callisto and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Callisto after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
